At M+Co, we understand that no matter how good it looks or how informative it is, a staggering number of potential leads and customers abandon your site every day. To help solve this problem, we’re thrilled to announce the newest member of the M+Co team, Todd Staples, whose 15 years of E-commerce strategy and website optimization experience will help double conversions, in his role as our new Director of Revenue Optimization. Todd will work in direct collaboration with our Senior Partner, Ryan Draving, and Kevin O'Brien, recently named as Optimization Strategist. Putting three experienced and skilled minds together, with differing opinions and strategies is where our clients will benefit most from this growing team.

Muhlenhaupt has grown dramatically over the past 18 months and with the addition of Todd, that growth is sure to continue. We’re investing in our own business, attracting top talent, and rolling out improved benefits for our employees.

Before joining M+Co, Todd’s most recent role was as Regional Vice President of Business Strategy at Stream Companies. In this position, he was given free reign to strategize how to maximize revenue and create growth for large clients through conversion optimization and marketing automation. His attention to detail and dedication to each individual client helped to build strong, lasting relationships. Todd was also able to serve as an entry point for new clients coming into the business, quickly assessing the value, wants, and needs of each potential client. Once these relationships were established, Todd developed a system to closely monitor every facet of the marketing and sales processes which allowed him to honestly and accurately make decisions on when alterations were required. This ability was also displayed in his previous role at Stream, as Director of Analytics and Conversion. We’re elated that Todd will be bringing all of these skills and more to our already talented team.
