The Challenge

Industrial Investments is a multigenerational family business that acquires, develops, owns, and operates multi-tenant industrial, flex, and office buildings throughout Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey. 

Most of their marketing collateral was over a decade old and in need of a refresh. They engaged The Moving Company to create a set of brand deliverables and an updated website to support their growth strategy goals—capturing qualified leads and positioning themselves as regional experts in industrial space.

The Process

The Moving Company created all assets for the brand’s updated visual identity. Some of the deliverables included a brand book, property sales sheets, stationery, signage, and website design. The focus was on creating a rich, engaging brand that reflects the character and acumen of the Bown Family and highlights the space available in the Industrial Investments portfolio..  

New content was written for Industrial Investments’ website, adhering to SEO best practices, that addressed frequently asked questions about industrial space and provided background information on their industry experience. 

The Moving Company planned, shot and edited videos to feature on the updated website that highlight the Industrial Investments team members.

The Moving Company took Industrial Investments’ brand beyond just square feet. The updated brand and website now support Industrial Investments growth strategy and their expected benchmark of occupancy through the capture and delivery of high-quality leads and nurturing key broker relationships.
