The Challenge

The ownership group at Nifty Fifty's needed to revamp the brand's online presence as they geared up for some important events and announcements. Not only was the 30th Anniversary of the restaurant approaching, but the brand would be announcing their franchising opportunities to the public.

As a keepsake to the greater Philadelphia area, Nifty's can't be messed with. It's where we go on the weekends for breakfast with our family, it's where the locals go each morning for their coffee, and for the employees, it's a place to grow and call home.

The Process

The Nifty Fifty's brand is displayed across in-store experiences, menu design, franchise marketing, social media and of course their website. Throughout the creation of all new materials, the team followed customer personas to more effectively design the experience.

In direct collaboration with restaurant ownership, our team worked over the span of a year to cost-effectively update all the materials. Along with this collaboration, our team played a strategic advisory role in assisting with vendor management, franchise marketing and design fulfillment.

With updated brand materials, Nifty Fifty's is proudly moving beyond their thirtieth year of service. They've successfully launched their franchise marketing kit. The restaurant has a new and engaging website that more accurately conveys the in-store experience.
